that is quite literally a dust bowl dance.  you can see the clouds of dust that the hundreds of fans have kicked up towards the end of the video.  and if that does not look like the best time imaginable, i don’t know what does.  we got down with the hippies at a waka for a little mumford & sons lovin and i can’t say that i didn’t absolutely have the time of my life.  it didn’t hurt that they played my favorite song, my bedtime anthem.  we dance for an hour and a half straight.  they were champs who withstood the heat to put on one hell of a show—their first in the great state of arkansas!   i will for sure be seeing them in the future, and cannot wait for their new album which they will be recording at the end of the year.  yes sir.

headed to wakarusa…

to see MUMFORD & SONS.  to say i’m excited would be an understatement.  not camping there, because i can’t pull off dirty hippy that well.  thank goodness, because it is HOT out there.

{Mumford & Sons, After the Storm}

and there will come a time, you’ll see, with no more tears. and love will not break your heart, but dismiss your fears.
